American Airlines Trading Cards
American Airlines once held a contest and, as part of it, created cards for employees. These are not easy to find and were not handed out by pilots. But they are the closest thing we have to American pilot cards. You can see a LOT more information in the video interview with Dan Fergason.

*Rarity is subjective, but based on the Pilot Card Guys' experience. Many cards have a higher value but are relatively common. So rarity is not closely correlated to value on eBay.
