Ted Airlines Trading Pilot and Aircraft Cards
United had a great Idea of creating a budget airline, so they took a few of their planes and created Ted! And they created a set of cards that came in a foil pack. This included all eight cards. They featured one of the routes that Ted flew and were a bit whimsical. Ted only flew A320, so each card features that in the bottom left corner, but only one card featured the aircraft. The airline did not last long, but at least we have these cards to remember it by.
There were also a couple of others that have been found that feature the aircraft. They are on thinner stock and believed to be printed by the pilots.

Possible Pilot Made Cards
Rarity is subjective, but based on the Pilot Card Guys' experience. Many cards have a higher value but are relatively common. So rarity is not closely correlated to value on eBay.
