Fast Air Ltd.

Fast Air Ltd. was founded in 1995 by Dylan Fast, a young commercial pilot who gained his flight experience in northern Manitoba. From its humble beginnings on a Piper Cheyenne, Fast Air gained its first King Air 200 in 1998 alongside its company headquarters located at Winnipeg International Airport. Throughout its operational history, Fast Air also acquired jet aircraft such as a Westwind I and multiple Cessna Citation to bolster its charter operations. A medevac branch was also launched in 2003, serving the northern communities with medevac service on modified King Air 200 air ambulances.

As part of the Manitoba Aviation Council (MAC) career fairs, trading cards branded with the Fast Air logo and aircraft were released in late 2024. Intended as marketing for both aviation students and pilots, these cards share similar design to its counterparts made by MAC and larger dimensions than the average trading card, coming in at 9.2cm by 7.0cm. Hardshell top-loaders are recommended over card sleeves to ensure minimal damage when storing these cards.
