Rarity is subjective, but based on the Pilot Card Guys' experience. Many cards have a higher value but are relatively common. So rarity is not closely correlated to value on eBay.

(2004?) Northwest Airlines Pilot Cards (Third Set)
I believe these cards were printed around 2004. Northwest Airlines changed its livery around 2003, and these cards show the new livery and logo. This printing of cards has a different fleet of aircraft as well. Oddly enough, this was around the same time that Delta Airlines started printing their cards.
The 747 Cargo card is a bit odd. The front of the card fits with the 4th printing. It matches all the others, but the back matched the backs on the 3rd set. We placed it in the 4th set, as there is already a 747 cargo in the 3rd set. But we do not know why they would have this one card that would live in both sets. Not to mention, you would have to be on an odd flight to get a card from a cargo pilot.
If you have any other information or a 747 Cargo card witht he same back as the rest please let us know!
