Rarity is subjective, but based on the Pilot Card Guys' experience. Many cards have a higher value but are relatively common. So rarity is not closely correlated to value on eBay.
The photo refers to the source of the photo. 1=scanned by the Pilot Card Guys, 2= Photo provided by a memebr of the comunity, 3=immage found online

(2006?) Northwest Airlines Pilot Cards (3.5 Set)
We have found two cards that do not fit into the other two sets. They have the new logo, so we know they are after the 3rd set. We don't know if they come between 3 and 4 or after 4. My guess is that there are a couple of extra cards made temporarily for the A319 and A330, which joined the fleet between the 3rd and the 4th. They could also come after the 4th set just before the Delta merger in 2007. We have not found any other cards that look like these.
