United 2002 Pilot Cards (First Series)

This set of cards was proposed and printed by Captain Denny Flanagan in 2002. Captain Denny wanted something to increase the experiance of his passengers, so he pushed United to print a set of collector cards that pilots could hand out. He would also sign them and hand them out to passengers in the middle seat to try and make an uncomfortable time a little better.

The 727 and the Swallow are old aircraft that United does not fly at this point, but they wanted to remember them.

The Ted Card was printed by pilots to match the United scheme. We included it ont the ted page too. https://pilotcardguys.com/ted

Rarity is subjective, but based on the Pilot Card Guys' experience. Many cards have a higher value but are relatively common. So rarity is not closely correlated to value on eBay.
