United 2009 Pilot Cards
In 2009, Captain Denny Flanagan had a hand once more to help United print a second set of cards. These were actually printed in-house on a printing press they purchased for this task. These cards are often referred to as “The Blue Sky Cards.”
There seems to be two runs of these cards, some with the signatures space ont the back and others with a “Thank You” Message. Some of these kept the same front image, and some changed it. We know there are many more than we have shown here. If you have one that we don't, please fill out the contact form, and we will add it.
There was also a lot of color variation in this set. Sometimes, the exact same card will have 2 or 3 different hues from printing to printing.
At this point, Ted was gone, but there is one Ted card printed in the style we included it here and on the Ted page. https://pilotcardguys.com/ted

Rarity is subjective, but based on the Pilot Card Guys' experience. Many cards have a higher value but are relatively common. So rarity is not closely correlated to value on eBay.
